For warranty period product: Our technician will give you a diagnosis and, on your approval, will order any parts if required. If the product is out of warranty period, we will reach out to you within 48 hours to give you a full diagnosis of your Mac and discuss further cost of repair.
Upon your approval, we begin the repair process.

Our diagnosis is a complex process. Our authorized and experienced technicians open up the device and do different tests, to ensure that the problem is clearly identified and resolved as per Apple® guidelines. Depending on the problem, the diagnosis and repair may take time. The diagnostic fee can be applied towards the cost of the repair or towards a new computer.
Do you have way too much data on your Apple® device? We can help you transfer or back up your data to an external hard-drive form your laptop or iMac. Our popular external hard drives are 500 gigabytes and 1 terabyte. You can purchase this at our store. We also help you transfer data to your new Apple device.

Battery drain does not happen often, but when it does it has the ability to leave you high and dry with a dead device. We are here to identify, diagnose and solve the problem, quickly and efficiently.
Service Fee*: $149 or $159. Price based on model and year of Macbook
Estimated Time: 3 hours same day service (when battery parts are in stock) or 48 hours

We understand how frustrating it is to lose important data. We are here to help you retrieve any data such as your documents, pictures, music, videos and much more.
Attempt Fee: $110
There are several methods to recover the data. You can be assured that we will try all the possible ways to recover your data. Once the data is recovered this attempt fee is reduced from the final service fee.
- Service Fee: $199 + Cost of storage medium (Flash Drive or Hard Drive) if it is not provided by the customer.
- Estimated Time: 3-5 days
- Service Fee: $399 + Cost of storage medium (Flash Drive or Hard Drive) if it is not provided by the customer.
- Estimated Time: 5-7 days
Clean Room (Requires special equipment or to be sent to a third party)
- Service Fee: $999* + Cost of storage medium (Flash Drive or Hard Drive) if it is not provided by the customer.
- Estimated Time: 2-4 weeks
*For Clean Room service $200 refundable deposit needs to be made.
Erase and Re-install operating system that is suitable for your computer
- Service fee: $99
- Estimated time: 3 hours (not including data migration)
There are various reasons that can cause performance issues in a computer and in most cases, a thorough Tune-Up is the best solution. Tune-Ups include checking for any software corruption or conflicts, deep level OS checks, cleaning temporary files, scanning and removal of malware, checking for software updates, ensure a good back up, and finally a deep level hardware evaluation.
Bring in your Mac for a Tune-Up if you notice:
