  • If iStore by St.Moritz does not show up as a service provider option, then unfortunately we are fully booked for the next seven (7) days. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We cannot make appointments over the phone.
  • We do not require appointments for simple purchases, such as a Macbook charger or iPhone case. However, for your convenience, call ahead to make sure the item you want is in stock. We have limited quantities and selection.

DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURE
  • After successfully making an appointment through getsupport.apple.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a drop-off date and time.
  • At your scheduled date and time, come into the store to drop off your device(s). We have street parking available in front of our Englewood location.
  • For payment, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
  • We will do our best to call you as soon as your device is ready. Otherwise, please call and confirm your device is ready before you come in for pick up. No appointment is required for pick up.

 COVID-19 has disrupted and changed our lives like never before. It has been difficult for many of us, but most especially for our essential workers. We greatly appreciate and thank all essential workers for their service during these trying times, including our own employees. Due to many people working from home and relying on their own devices, our employees’ workloads have dramatically increased while our staffing has decreased for everyone’s safety. Without our amazing staff and their hard work, many people would be without their Apple devices that are so integral to everyone’s work and personal lives.
